This is our family home, not a vacation rental. We ask guests to show it as much love as you would your own prized possession.

• We love pets, but this home is for humans only

• We can accommodate 8 humans comfortably

• Professional cleaning is required after each stay, no matter the duration

• Two night minimum year round, three night minimum on holidays

• There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property, inside or out

• No shoes in the house, please

• No parties, gatherings or events

• We love our neighbors and want to show them the respect they deserve; please be mindful of your noise level.

• While we are in a neighborhood, the wildlife is abundant. Be bear and coyote aware at all times.
